Well, Murph had really done it this time. His hopes for a downhill ski-racing medal in the Winter Olympics were shattered, as were both of his arms. Candy Striper - Classic DVD |  The claim to fame of the cute little romp Candystripers are the two notorious fisting scenes that are almost universally cut nowadays. This is very unfortunate because it obscures the fact that the tale of the day in the life of three apprentice nurses is a lovely little film, as entertaining today as it was almost 20 years ago. The cast is as good as they come, with Amber Hunt, Sharon Thorpe and one of my great 70s darlings, Cris Cassidy, (billed here as Montana) on the forefront.
